Dr. Ringo Ernest, based in Dar-es-salaam, Tanzania, brings over 15 years of expertise in healthcare business operations, management, strategic planning, and startup ventures. Notably, he successfully managed a vast network of private health clinics at AAR Healthcare, driving growth and operational efficiency. Continuing his impactful contributions at the Christian Social Services Commission (CSSC), Dr. Ringo assumed the role of Business Analyst, supporting faith-based health facilities through a USAID-funded initiative, Activity-PATA. This program focused on innovative, market-based approaches to achieve self-reliance and sustainability. Motivated by an unwavering commitment to excellence and innovation, he has navigated diverse healthcare projects, addressing critical issues such as non-communicable diseases and leading the efficient distribution of COVID-19 vaccines. Dr. Ringo has also lent his expertise to reviving a medical supply chain company, iMEMS, owned by the CSSC, TEC, and CCT, and provided business consultancies for startup healthcare businesses such as WENA CARE. In his latest role as a Regional Operations Director at Africa Healthcare Network, a position he assumed early last year, Dr. Ringo is instrumental in delivering cost-effective and affordable dialysis services, exemplifying a holistic approach to healthcare empowerment and organizational resilience. Beyond his professional responsibilities, Dr. Ringo’s influence solidifies his standing as a respected leader in the field.
